To ensure clarity and transparency, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Reservations & Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email.
  • A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
  • A deposit or advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • All bookings must be settled in full before or at the time of check-in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children under 6 years of age can stay free with existing bedding.
  • Extra beds or cribs are available upon request and subject to availability. Charges may apply.

6. Pets

  • We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises.

7. Guest Conduct

  • We maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Guests are expected to behave responsibly and not disturb other guests or property.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or check-in is used solely for processing reservations and improving guest experience.
  • We do not share your information with third parties, except as required by law.

9. Liability

  • The Oriental is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe or front desk for valuables.
  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

10. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.
